MY URBAN PIANO finds its completion in a prayer for which I had already written the music back in 2005 while staying on the Greek island of Patmos. For this, the final episode, I arranged “Agios o Theos” for piano and a children’s choir, which I then recorded in Athens — the first city to bear the title of European Capital of Culture back in 1985 — with a group of children and a Byzantine soloist.
